Refund policy after the order is returned

After sending an email with your desire to return the products and agreeing to them, coordination is made with the shipping company to return the products at the consumer’s expense and after making sure that they are received in their original condition, the money is transferred to your personal account sent via e-mail Note: The shipping value back and forth is deducted at the consumer’s expense
And return the remaining amount on your bank account

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).

WARRANTY POLICY

We warrant to replace the defective product if requested within (7) seven days from the date of the original purchase and to repair the defective product for free within a three (3) months period from the date of the original purchase. Customer must show receipt. The transportation cost to/from our service center will be paid by the customer.

*Replacement or warranty repair of the defective product will be void in the following cases:

  • Defects or damages caused by external impact or drop.
  • Defects caused by failure to comply with the instructions specified in the instruction manual.
  • If filter was soaked by water after opening the box.
  • Defects of the product passed more than one year form the date of purchase.
